This position requires an individual with strong technical/mechanical knowledge, as well as a strong background in training, along with the ability to deliver mechanical technical training.

**Responsibilities and Requirements**:

- Prepare the training material as per the topic covering process brief.
- Explain real life concerns and practical remedies in case of defects.
- Navigate social and professional interactions effectively in Marathi.
- Licensed as a professional trainer.Experience working in the mechanical engineering field.
- Core knowledge of Heat treatment, Welding, Brazing, Painting/ Powder Coating, Plating
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (master's preferred).

**Must have**:

- **Fluency**: They should speak, read, and write Marathi fluently, including understanding various dialects if relevant.
- **Grammar and Vocabulary**: They should have a strong grasp of Marathi grammar and a broad vocabulary, allowing them to express complex ideas clearly.
- **Cultural Nuances**: They should be familiar with the cultural and contextual nuances of the language, including idiomatic expressions and regional variations.
- **Formal and Informal Usage**: They should be comfortable using both formal and informal language appropriately in different situations.

**Professional Communication**:

- **Business Vocabulary**: Familiarity with industry-specific terms and jargon in Marathi.
- **Public Speaking**: Confidence in delivering presentations and speeches in Marathi.
- **Visual Aids**: Proficiency in creating and using visual aids (like slides) that incorporate Marathi text effectively.
- **Negotiation and Persuasion**: Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade in Marathi during meetings and discussions.
- **Internal Training**: Capability to conduct or participate in training sessions or workshops in Marathi.
- **Knowledge Sharing**: Ability to share knowledge and insights in Marathi with colleagues and stakeholders.
- **Role-Playing Scenarios**: Use role-playing exercises to evaluate how they handle different corporate situations in Marathi.
- **Written Samples**: Request samples of written communication or reports in Marathi.
- **Feedback from Peers**: Collect feedback from colleagues who interact with the individual in a Marathi-speaking context.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week
