**Qualification**:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Additional certifications in medical sales, healthcare management, or related areas are a plus.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Technical knowledge of medical equipment or healthcare products is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, Word, Power Point, and other sales tools.
**Requirement**:
- Minimum 05 years sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Experience in B2B sales or selling technical products to healthcare professionals is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ASM / ZSM / TSM / KAM to join our sales team in the medical equipment sector. The ASM will assist in driving the sales and promotion of medical devices and equipment to hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders. This individual will support the sales strategy, manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining high levels of product knowledge and service excellence.
Sales Support and Account Management
- Assist the Sales Manager in executing the sales strategy and achieving sales targets.
- Manage relationships with existing customers, providing excellent post-sale support and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, lead generation, and meeting with potential clients.
- Monitor customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth in the territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and healthcare professionals.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product management and marketing teams on customer requirements and product performance.
- Track and report on competitor products and pricing to stay competitive in the market.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Track and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within CRM systems.
- Assist in forecasting sales and managing inventory levels based on customer demand.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical support and customer service teams to address client inquiries and resolve any product or service issues.
Training and Development
- Stay updated on the latest trends in medical equipment and healthcare technology.
- Assist in the training of sales staff and new hires on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Support the Sales Manager in the development and execution of sales training materials and programs.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to the sale and distribution of medical devices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer contracts, orders, and product deliveries.
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, tenders, and quotations.
Personal Traits
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned region.
Working Condition
- Full-time position with travel required to meet clients, attend conferences, and visit healthcare facilities.
