**Profile** : Sales Intern ( Profit )
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop compelling sales presentations covering research and sales pitches across diverse product categories.
Support sales team performance reporting, including presentation preparation and delivery.
- Research competitors' pricing, products, and marketing strategies.
- Assist Sales Representatives with staff product training.
- Address customer queries and challenges to ensure satisfaction.
- Aid in daily sales activities such as follow-up and cross-selling.
- Capture key data to expand the CRM database while maintaining organization.
- Propose ideas tpo maximize sales and improve existing strategies.
- Encourage open communication and constructive feedback within the sales team.
- Participate in field visits to clients for insights and relationship-building.
**Skills/Abilities/Knowledge**
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a keen interest in sales and familiarity with modern sales techniques.
- Preferred experience in a campus leadership role showcasing strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities, adept at conveying ideas clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Acute awareness of contemporary commercial trends and a solid grasp of significant developments in the business world.
- Ability to motivate and boost team morale as needed.
- Eagerness to learn and actively seek feedback and constructive criticism from peers and superiors.
