Bigfix Gadget Care LLP, established in 2015 is a DIPP recognised startup. Bigfix.in, is an online

Marketplace for Device Care.

We have currently boarded 1000+ blue-collar technicians through 500 retail partners at 18000 pin

codes across India to perform installation, troubleshooting and repair services of home, office &
industrial devices. We have built a retail network of exclusive device management centers. We are

currently operating at more than 50+ locations across India.

We are looking for Claims Executive who can manage the claims department and handle our clients

professionally.

**Purpose:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Claims Executive to join our team. As a

vital member of our claims department, you will be introduced to the intricate world of claims

management, where you'll learn to navigate the complexities of the insurance industry. This role

demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a keen willingness

to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. If you're a recent graduate looking to kickstart your

career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the processing of claims from start to finish, including initial review,

documentation, and assessment for accuracy and validity.
- Act as a point of contact for clients filing claims, providing updates on claim status, and

assisting with inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with senior team members and insurance providers to facilitate efficient

claim handling and resolution.
- Support various internal departments such as legal, finance, and risk management by

providing assistance as needed.
- Participate in claims-related projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and assisting with

project coordination and execution.
- Familiarize yourself with technological platforms and claims management software to

enhance efficiency in claims processing.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all claims transactions, ensuring

accuracy and completeness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the claims department and

contribute to implementing solutions.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Qualification**:Min requirement of an Undergrad degree (BBA) in Finance, Business

Administration or relevant field. **(Preference for MBA graduates)**

**Relevant Experience**:Fresher, Additional perk if any previous experience in operations

brainstorming ideas and strategizing business plans. Excellent Communication & presentation skills.

Diplomatic in nature. Mobility & self drive. Negotiation skills.

**Languages**:English (Read, Write, Speak), Hindi (Speak)

**Skills**:
Technical IT tools - Excel, Software Applications

Soft Skills - Detail-oriented mindset, excellent communication, positive attitude, eagerness to learn,

and a strong work ethic.
