**Key Responsibilities**:
**3D Modeling**: Create detailed and accurate 3D models using SketchUp based on project specifications and requirements.

**Conceptualization**: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to understand their design concepts and translate them into tangible 3D models.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to integrate 3D models into the overall design process.

**Problem-Solving**: Address design challenges and make adjustments to models as needed, ensuring they meet functional and aesthetic requirements.

**Quality Control**: Review and verify the accuracy of 3D models to ensure they align with project specifications and industry standards.

**Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into the design process.

**Documentation**: Create and maintain documentation related to design processes, specifications, and changes.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**: Proven experience as a SketchUp Designer with a portfolio showcasing previous projects.

**Skills**:Proficiency in SketchUp software.
Strong understanding of design principles and spatial relationships.
Knowledge of rendering software and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

**Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and bring innovative design ideas to the table.

**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of 3D models.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

**Software Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp.
- Familiarity with rendering software such as V-Ray or Lumion is a plus.
- Knowledge of other design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous SketchUp design projects.
- Availability: Willingness to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
