Sales & Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:Identify potential clients and target markets through research and networking.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
**Client Engagement**:Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives.
Conduct product or service presentations to showcase solutions that align with client needs.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing accurate information and building rapport.
**Solution Selling**:Customize product or service offerings to match individual client needs.
Collaborate with the internal teams to develop tailored proposals and quotes.
Highlight the unique value propositions of the company's offerings to potential clients.
**Sales Cycle Management**:Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Follow up on leads and opportunities, tracking progress and maintaining accurate records.
**Sales Targets**:Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales revenue and market penetration.
**Market and Competitor Analysis**:Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Provide insights to internal teams on customer preferences and emerging market demands.
**Relationship Building**:Foster strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs.
Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Provide feedback from the field to contribute to product/service enhancements and improvements.
**Reporting**:Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and improve.
**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per month
