Position Overview

**Responsibilities**:
Business Development: Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, generating leads, and building a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and long-lasting relationships with existing corporate clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and objectives, presenting our products or services as practical solutions to their specific requirements.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, consistently exceeding revenue goals through a combination of strategic planning and relentless execution.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and forecasts, providing regular updates to the sales management team.

**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream or business administration, marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales and marketing are a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and secure win-win deals.

Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business processes, industry trends, and the ability to align our offerings with clients' business goals.

Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
