**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a QADILR (Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning) Faculty. The Faculty member will be responsible for developing and implementing a curriculum, preparing study materials, conducting lectures and tests, and mentoring students. Strong communication skills along with a passion for teaching and a dedication to the success of students is essential to this role.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in developing and delivering high-quality educational materials and demonstrated excellence in teaching QADILR to students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with colleagues and students
- Passionate about teaching and committed to the academic success of students
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and learning initiatives
- Experience in using technology in teaching and learning, including online teaching platforms, is a plus
- Experience with CAT (Common Admission Test) or other competitive entrance exams is a plus
- Experience teaching CAT & CLAT Aspirants will be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
