**Description**:
Responsibilities would include (including but not limited to):

- Lead and drive the programmatic activities in the allotted schools in close collaboration with the school teachers and HMs.
- Conduct school visits and observe classrooms to support the teachers in implementing effective assessment-based instruction.
- Support the professional development of teachers by sharing best practices and providing feedback.
- Collaborate with school leaders to develop plans for improving academic performance and conducting school level meetings.
- Build relationships with government stakeholders, to drive implementation of the program.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports on the progress of schools and teachers.
- Assist the Project Manager in capacity-building interventions of various stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in education sector.
- Define success metrics and communicate them effectively.
- Work with the M&E team and external experts to develop appropriate project evaluation tools, including academic assessment. Utilise learnings from organization 's other programs to improve implementation.
- Create effective work-planning and management systems for prioritisation and progress tracking.
- Own and drive project implementation at scale, coordinating with organization 's education and training team and consulting with Project Manager(s) and Programme Manager(s).
- Cultivate strong operational relationships with government partners, providing leadership and mechanisms for collaboration.
- Design and build effective partnerships with external expertise, as needed.
- Build capacity within government teams for ongoing organisational selfimprovement beyond the project's end
- Any other academic or operational support required for successful implementation of the programme.

**Functional details**:
Educational Background: A relevant educational background in Education or related disciplines is highly preferred.
- Other Skills: Excellent communication skills to support and influence stakeholders and ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals.
- Language Proficiency: English and Hindi
