**About the Position**:We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Operations Executive to join our team. The Marketing Ops Exec will play a key role in supporting the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our brand, increase sales, and drive customer engagement in the additive manufacturing industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creation and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
- Lead logistics and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to develop targeted marketing strategies for the additive manufacturing industry.
- Support and execute all marketing back-end logistics.
- Manage and update the company's website and social media channels to ensure a strong online presence and generate leads.
- Assist in creation and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, customers, and partners to promote the company and its products and services.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop marketing collateral that meets the needs of different target audiences.

**Qualifications & Pre-Requisites**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. - 2/+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on additive manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with marketing CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
