2. Scanning the responses to find matching profiles

3. Short telephonic interview to get basic information about education, experience and family background

4. Scheduling technical interviews and machine tests

5. Follow-up for next round

7. Maintaining employee documents

8. Grievance handling of the New Joiners
- Minimum 1 Year of work experience required in IT sourcing & recruitment

Education
- Any Graduate(MBA in HR will be preferred)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
