Conducting Tool box talk in morning and knowledge sharing with respect to safety, Quality and technical aspects.
- Complete process qualifcation before start of new project
- Planning and distribution of work for maintenance related activities.
- Ensure availability of fullkit before start of each activity.
- Identify opportunities available for process improvements.
- Ensure audit compliance
- Monitoring & updation of Mentry in ERPLN.
- PM schedule and Planning.
- To take safety measures for safe work environment.
- To report RSCs and near miss or identified safety concerns.
- knowledge of Machine maintenance processes
- Planning, Organizing & Execution skill
- Knowledge of Equipment maintenance and its standards
- Analytical Skill
- Proficiency in MS office tools (Excel, Word & Powerpoint, MS Project)
- Safety Knowledge
- RSC Reporting.
- HIRA/JSA document reading
- ISO 50001, 9001, 14001, 45001, 18001 system Knowledge
- Breakdown Maintenance Trouble Shooting know how for plant machineries
- Calibration Process know how for compressors - pressure gauge & safety valve
