**RESTAURANT CAPTAIN JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**1. Guest Service & Experience**:
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and ensure guests are informed of daily specials and promotions.
- Address guest inquiries, special requests, or complaints promptly and effectively.
**2. Supervision & Team Coordination**:
- Assign and supervise the duties of waiters, stewards, and other service staff.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and service team for timely food delivery.
- Assist in training new service staff on restaurant protocols and customer service standards.
**3. Order Management & Table Service**:
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Ensure proper presentation and delivery of food and beverages.
- Oversee table setup, cleanliness, and readiness for guests.
**4. Operations & Inventory Management**:
- Monitor stock levels of service equipment and consumables.
- Assist in managing table reservations and maintaining guest records.
- Support the manager in preparing shift schedules and handling shift handovers.
**5. Compliance & Cleanliness**:
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Monitor that all team members follow company policies and maintain professional behavior.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
