International Voice Process Agent

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and fix Appointment.
Direct prospects to the field sales team.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Keep records of calls and appointments and note useful information.
**Requirements**:
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent knowledge of English and Any one Reginal Languages (Hindi or Malayalam)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Qualification: Any Degree
Work Location: Dexous Business Solutions, Kombara Jn, near to central Police Station, Ernakulam 682018
Nearest Bus Stop: Sarita Savitha Bus Stop
Work Timings: 10 AM to 6.30 PM
Week offs: 5 days of work from Sunday to Thursday, Friday and Saturday Will Be Off.
Interview Mode: Telephonic and Direct
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
