**About the Role**

As a Content Moderator, you will be the frontline defender of our online community, ensuring it remains a welcoming and positive space for all users. You will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content (text, images, videos) and enforcing our community guidelines by identifying and removing any content that violates our policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review user-generated content (text, images, videos) and identify content that violates our community guidelines, including hate speech, harassment, bullying, spam, illegal content, and violent content.
- Remove or flag violating content according to established protocols.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation.
- Stay up-to-date on our evolving community guidelines and content moderation best practices.
- May contribute to the development and improvement of our community guidelines.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
