**Job Title: Chemistry & Physics Teacher (For College)**

**Location: Sanjivani International School, Kharghar**

**Position: 02**

**Qualifications: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.**

**Experience: Minimum 2 relevant experience**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with the school's Chemistry curriculum and educational standards.

2. **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Chemistry / Physics, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies, technology, and hands-on activities to facilitate student understanding and mastery of key concepts.

3. **Laboratory Management**: Plan and oversee laboratory experiments and demonstrations, ensuring safety protocols are followed and providing guidance and support to students during practical sessions.

4. **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to assess student learning and progress in Chemistry / Physics, providing timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.

5. **Differentiated Instruction**: Differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse learning needs, abilities, and interests of students, providing additional support or enrichment as necessary.

6. **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, with clear expectations for student behavior and participation.

7. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, department members, and school leadership to align curriculum, share best practices, and support the overall mission and goals of the school.

8. **Professional Development**:Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching skills, stay current with advances in Chemistry / Physics education, and incorporate innovative instructional techniques into classroom practice.

**Skills Set**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Physics, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

3. Proven experience teaching Chemistry / Physics at the secondary level, with a strong track record of student achievement.

4. Thorough knowledge of Chemistry / Physics concepts, principles, and laboratory techniques.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.

6. Proficiency in educational technology and instructional software.

7. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth in the field of education.
