**Telesales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Track and document calls and sales and update lead status

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English and [local language]
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- High school diploma; Higher degree in Marketing or relevant field will be a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
