**B.tech and Diploma in Mining engineering**

Duties & responsibilities as specified in CMR for Opencast Coal Mines/under ground

The Mining Sirdar shall ensure:
1) sides of benches are kept properly dressed;
2) stability of benches is not endangered;
3) haul roads are kept maintained;
4) stability of overburden dumps is not endangered; and

5) dust control measures are implemented.
