Position: Principal

Location: St. Joseph Nursery and Primary School

**Responsibilities**:
**Educational Leadership**:Provide visionary leadership in the development and implementation of the school's educational programs.
Foster a positive and innovative learning environment that encourages academic excellence and personal growth.

**Curriculum Development**:Oversee the design and implementation of a comprehensive and effective curriculum that meets educational standards and addresses the needs of diverse learners.
Stay abreast of educational trends, research, and best practices to continually enhance the school's curriculum.

**Staff Management**:Recruit, hire, and retain qualified and dedicated teaching and administrative staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure professional development and a high standard of teaching.

**Student Welfare**:Prioritize the well-being and safety of students, creating a positive and inclusive school culture.
Address and resolve student-related issues, collaborating with teachers, parents, and relevant stakeholders as needed.

**Community Engagement**:Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, fostering a collaborative partnership in the education of their children.
Actively engage with the local community and stakeholders to enhance the school's reputation and support.

**Financial Management**:Develop and manage the school's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support educational goals.
Seek additional funding opportunities through grants, partnerships, or fundraising activities.

**Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure the school complies with all relevant educational laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Stay informed about changes in educational policies and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

**Communication**:Maintain transparent and effective communication with all stakeholders, including staff, students, parents, and the school board.
Regularly update the school community on important developments, achievements, and challenges.

**Strategic Planning**:Work with the school board and key stakeholders to develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the school's mission and vision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
