○ Conduct thorough research to gather information and understand the topics.

○ Optimize content with relevant keywords and meta tags for better search engine visibility.

○ Improve content ranking and online discoverability.
- **Editing and Proofreading**:
○ Review and edit content to meet high editorial standards.

○ Ensure content is error-free and adheres to brand guidelines.
- **Content Planning**:
○ Collaborate with content strategists and marketing teams to plan content calendars.

○ Develop content strategies aligned with organizational goals and target audience.
- **Brand Voice**:
○ Maintain consistency in brand voice and tone across all content.

○ Ensure content reflects the organization's messaging and values.
- **Audience Engagement**:
○ Create content that encourages audience interaction, comments, and sharing.

○ Foster a strong community and drive engagement on social media and other platforms.
- **Content Promotion**:
○ Work with marketing teams to promote content through various channels.
- **Stay Updated**:
○ Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

○ Continuously improve writing skills to stay relevant in the field.
- **Core Competencies**:_
- Fresher or 1year of proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
- Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus
- Knowledge of keywords and meta tags - Ability to write web page titles, meta tag descriptions, alt tags for images, etc.
- Knowledge of the English language, including its idioms and recent trends and expressions
- Ability to write in various formats and styles for multiple audiences.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
