**Role Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at Khoj Ek Kala, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our artistic creations with our valued customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer preferences, introducing them to our collections, and guiding them through the process of selecting garments that resonate with their individual style and preferences.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner, good communication and negotiation skills.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our collections, including the inspiration.

**Virtual Consultations**: Conduct virtual consultations with businesses who prefer remote shopping, showcasing our products and assisting them in selecting items that align with their style.

**Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Passion for art, fashion, and creativity, with a genuine appreciation for our brand's ethos.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
