**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Creative Designer with expertise in both graphic and video design. This role involves leading the creative function at CASA, ensuring the brand is visually represented in the best possible way across various platforms and channels.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Graphic Design**:

- Develop visually appealing graphic designs for various purposes, including social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and more.
- Ensure consistency in brand visuals and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
- **Video Creation and Editing**:

- Lead the creation of engaging video content for diverse platforms, including reels, short clips, and longer-form videos.
- Handle end-to-end video production, from conceptualization and scripting with content team to shooting and editing.
- Stay updated on social media trends and create content that resonates with different audiences.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Play a key role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of CASA.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand brand messaging and translate it into compelling visual content.
- **Social Media Expertise**:

- Monitor social media trends and translate them into impactful visual content.
- Manage and curate visual content for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.
- **Multimedia Projects**:

- Work on multimedia projects that enhance CASA's presence in the digital space.
- Create visual content that tells a compelling story about CASA's mission, values, and projects.

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Creative Designer with expertise in both graphic and video design.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and video projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good experience with all equipment and tools required for video making and editing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering tools.
- Understanding of architectural and construction concepts.

**Duration**:
Full time Employment opportunity with a probation period of 3 months.**Location**:Bangalore (Work from office)
