Position Overview: As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical strategy, development, and execution of our projects. - Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring successful project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Director, or a similar leadership role within a web development company or relevant industry.
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in web development with expertise in JavaScript, Linux, React JS, and C++.
- Strong background in full-stack development and familiarity with various front-end and back-end technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing development teams.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, best practices, and coding standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to deliver projects on time and within budget.
