- Execute the development and commercial settlement of Accessories and Stripes category to ensure the timely availability of samples/parts, as per upcoming new model requirements.
- Manage NPD projects within given cost target, timeline and quality for smooth launch.**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Budget & Proto costing for updating business case
- Mass Production cost settlement for category parts within budget to achieve profitability
- Cost reduction initiatives for new parts, in order to enhance profitability
- GB accessories scope identification & development
- To identify new technologies of accessories for HMCL product portfolio
- New Supplier Identification & On boarding

**A Day in the life**
- Achieving the costing targets for different categories of accessories, budgeting the cost with proper design data / benchmarking.
- Changes in design after costing finalization.
- New sources to be identified & should be align with Category Strategy**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- B.E. /B. Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engg- exp
- 8-10 years

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- 1) Knowledge of stripes, accessories, its usage & functionalities
- 2) Capable of managing complete CFT linked to development & evaluation of accessories till its delivery to the desired location
- 3) Critical understanding of the costing process
- 4) Understanding of cost structure
- 5)Clarity of Raw Material prices indexes used in the product.**Behavioural Skills**
