**Key Result Areas (KRAs) for Fleet Officer for your kind information.**

**Fleet Management**:

- Develop and implement effective fleet management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible to monitor, verify and track trips sheets for every trip allotted.
- Ensure the fleet is properly maintained, including regular inspections, servicing, and repairs.
- Monitor and analyse fleet utilization, performance, and fuel consumption.
- Optimize fleet operations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, and licenses.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

**Driver Management and Training**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
- Statutory norms like Police verification will be under Fleet officer's scope of work during driver joining.
- Conduct regular driver performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
- Organize driver training programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and safety awareness.
- Monitor driver behaviour, including adherence to traffic rules and regulations.
- Implement disciplinary actions or corrective measures as necessary.

**Fuel Management**:

- Develop and implement effective fuel management systems and procedures.
- Monitor fuel consumption, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish fuel consumption benchmarks and targets for fleet vehicles.
- Implement measures to reduce fuel wastage and promote fuel-efficient driving practices.
- Coordinate with fuel suppliers and manage fuel cards or other fuel tracking systems.

**Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program for the fleet.
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance and inspections, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Address vehicle breakdowns and accidents promptly, coordinating repairs and insurance claims.
- Manage relationships with external service providers, including repair workshops and maintenance contracts.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and monitor compliance with service schedules.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements related to fleet operations.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including vehicle registration, insurance, and licenses.
- Prepare and submit reports on fleet performance, maintenance activities, and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of fleet-related records.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices.

**Budgeting and Cost Control**:

- Develop and manage the fleet department budget.
- Monitor and control expenses related to vehicle operations, maintenance, and fuel.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend measures to optimize fleet expenditure.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports on fleet-related expenses and cost trends.
- Collaborate with finance and procurement departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and invoice processing.

**Vendor and Supplier Management**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with vehicle dealers, suppliers, and service providers.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
- Monitor vendor performance and adherence to service level agreements.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and efficient manner.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
