**Job Title**: Recruitment cum Admin Assistant

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment cum Admin Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment activities as well as providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assessments.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in managing office facilities and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- **HR Support**:

- Assist in onboarding new employees and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in processing payroll and benefits administration tasks.
- Support HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based at our office location.
- The role may require occasional overtime and flexibility in working hours.
- Training will be provided to familiarize the incumbent with company policies, procedures, and systems.
- We offer competitive compensation and benefits package.

**Salary**: ₹9,668.58 - ₹40,000.00 per month
