**Data Entry Operator** is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in a computer system or database. This role is essential for ensuring that accurate, up-to-date information is available for business operations, decision-making, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Verification**: Review and verify the accuracy of data entered, ensuring there are no errors or discrepancies.
- **Data Updates and Maintenance**: Regularly update records, ensuring that all information is current and reflects the latest changes.
- **Organizing Files**: Maintain and organize paper and electronic files to ensure data is easily accessible.
- **Generate Reports**: Prepare and generate basic reports or summaries based on the data entered.
- **Data Formatting**: Format data according to specific guidelines or requirements, including cleaning and organizing data for reporting or analysis.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with legal, compliance, and business teams to collect and input required data.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all entries comply with company policies and industry standards.
- **System Maintenance**: Assist with system updates and upgrades as required to ensure smooth data entry operations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Any Graduate**:

- **Proficiency in Computer Applications**: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and data entry software or databases (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM systems, etc.).
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data to ensure accuracy.
- **Typing Speed and Accuracy**: High typing speed (typically 40-60 words per minute) with high accuracy.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with teams and report any issues.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to keep data organized and maintain a systematic filing structure.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and ethically.
- **Experience with Data Entry**: Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus.
- **Basic Analytical Skills**: Ability to work with large data sets and identify trends or discrepancies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000 - ₹240,000.00 per year
