Academic Trainee

**Responsibilities**:
**Training & Development**: Participate in a structured training program to enhance proficiency in teaching Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning concepts.

**Curriculum Adaptation**: Adapt and prepare course materials, lesson plans, and teaching aids based on the provided curriculum and guidelines.

**Classroom Instruction**: Conduct engaging and interactive classes, delivering lectures, solving problems, and clarifying doubts to ensure effective learning.

**Student Engagement**: Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging student participation, addressing individual needs, and providing constructive feedback.

**Assessment and Evaluation**: Develop, administer, and evaluate quizzes, tests, and assignments to assess student progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Performance Analysis**: Analyze student performance data to identify trends, learning gaps, and areas needing additional focus.

**Feedback and Support**: Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, addressing their strengths and areas for improvement.

**Mentorship**: Offer guidance and mentorship to students, helping them set goals, manage time, and develop effective study strategies.

**Continual Learning**: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, exam patterns, and content changes to enhance instructional delivery.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to curriculum development, and improve overall teaching quality.

**Administrative Tasks**: Assist in administrative tasks related to student enrollment, record-keeping, and reporting as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English for teaching Verbal Ability.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science for teaching Quantitative Aptitude or Logical Reasoning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced educational environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior teaching or tutoring experience.
- Familiarity with competitive exam patterns (CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, GMAT, GRE, CUET, etc.).
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for instructional purposes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
