Club Ambassador

A club ambassador in a 5 star hotel with sales is a person who represents and promotes the hotel brand to potential and existing customers. They are responsible for creating a positive image of the hotel and increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction. Some of the roles and responsibilities of a club ambassador are:
- Reviewing arrival lists to welcome guests and attending to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answering their inquiries.
- Helping prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions) and providing information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
- Anticipating guest needs and building rapport with customers.
- Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies for the hotel.
- Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about the hotel’s products and services.
- Creating website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Familiarizing themselves with the hotel’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, such as corporate clients, travel agents, media, etc..
- Conducting daily sales calls and arranging site inspection trips to the hotel by corporate clients.
- Providing quick and timely responses, generating proposals, writing contracts, and following up on customer correspondence.
- Participating in sales events, trade shows, FAM trips, etc. to showcase the hotel’s offerings.
- Identifying new markets and business opportunities and increasing sales revenue.
- Reporting on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
