**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and project requirements.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and identify design opportunities.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and workflows.
- Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architectures to guide the design process.
- Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and stakeholder input.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and collaborate on implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and deliverables.

- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and workflows. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar prototyping tools.
- **User Research**: Ability to conduct user research activities to understand user behaviors, pain points, and preferences. Experience in analyzing research findings and translating them into actionable design solutions.
- **Information Architecture**: Strong knowledge of information architecture principles and best practices for organizing and structuring content within digital interfaces. Ability to create user personas, user journeys, and information hierarchies to guide the design process.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams. Experience in working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve project goals.
- **Front-End Development Skills**: Basic understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable. Knowledge of how design decisions impact implementation and ability to collaborate effectively with developers to ensure design feasibility.
- **Adaptability and Creativity**: Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and design challenges. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to come up with innovative design solutions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to refine designs iteratively based on feedback, user testing results, and usability best practices.
- **Continuous Learning**: Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. Willingness to learn and incorporate new skills and techniques into the design process.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
