We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team and contribute to the effective financial management of the college.

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and organized financial records for the college.Record and process day-to-day financial transactions related to college operations.
- **Sound and strong knowledge of Income Tax laws and complainces with also have good understanding and knowledge of banking procedures.**_

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**:Process invoices and oversee the timely payment of vendors.Manage and reconcile accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of student fees.

**Budget Monitoring**:Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure budgetary compliance and provide financial guidance.

**Financial Reporting**:Generate regular financial reports for management and department heads.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the college.

**Audits and Compliance**:Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and college policies.

**Expense Management**:Monitor and control college expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.Work with various departments to streamline financial processes.

**Student Financial Services**:Collaborate with student services to address financial concerns and provide assistance related to student accounts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance such as B.Com with LLB.
- Required at least 5 years of Experience
- Previous experience in accounting, preferably in an educational institution.
- Familiarity with accounting principles, practices, and standards.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
