**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Biryani Master Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in South Indian cuisine to join our culinary team. As a Biryani Master South Indian CDP, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our signature South Indian biryanis while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Biryani Preparation**: Lead the preparation of various types of South Indian biryanis, ensuring authenticity, flavor, and texture are maintained according to our standards.
- **Recipe Development**: Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new and innovative biryani recipes while adhering to traditional South Indian cooking techniques and flavors.
- **Food Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of ingredients, ensure proper storage, and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen to comply with food safety regulations.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff members, including commis chefs and kitchen assistants, to ensure efficient operations and consistent quality.
- **Menu Planning**: Contribute to menu planning by suggesting biryani variations and complementary dishes to enhance the dining experience.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in inventory management by maintaining stock levels, placing orders for ingredients, and minimizing wastage to control food costs.
- **Kitchen Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and utensils, to facilitate smooth workflow and maximize efficiency.
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers to understand their preferences, receive feedback on dishes, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- **Adherence to Standards**: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures, to uphold quality and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Culinary Skills**: Proven experience as a Biryani Master Chef de Partie or similar role, with expertise in preparing South Indian biryanis and other regional dishes.
- **Creativity**: Ability to innovate while respecting traditional South Indian culinary techniques and flavors.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and train kitchen staff.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality in every dish prepared.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude and ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
- **Time Management**: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
