**Key Deliverables: To lead the statutory and internal Audit**. **Maintenance of Financial records as per the Accounting Standards and Compilation of Financial Results. Review of Payroll at Plant**. **Maintenance & Monitoring of Fixed Assets**. **Marginal Costing and Machine Hour Rates**

**Qualification& Work Experience**:CA (Inter) with Experience of 7-8 Years/ CA with experience of 2-3 Years

**Role & Responsibility**:

- Ensure proper accounting of all purchases and expenses as per the GST to enable proper accounting of Input credit of GST in tally for proper reflection of Input credit in the various GST returns.
- Ensure maintenance of fixed assets registers/records w.r.t. all purchase and sales and depreciation entries for the year.
- Authorization of all Journal Vouchers/Bank Vouchers/Cash Vouchers relating to all Units of SBCL and SBEPL at plant level. Ensuring compliance of applicable laws and Accounting Standards and rectifying mistakes/ errors, if any, on a real time basis.
- Authorization of all MRN’s relating to Purchase of Raw Material, Stores and Spares and consumables items.
- Scrutinize ledger accounts and ensure proper maintenance of all accounts in accordance with the generally accepted accounting policies.
- Compilation of the Monthly Budgets (Plant).
- Review of day-to-day accounting functions in the company and take corrective action wherever required.
- Supervise the compilation of Monthly Payroll (Plant). Ensure proper disbursals of Monthly Salary/Overtime. Ensure compliance of TDS Provisions as applicable. Timely deposit of the Monthly PF and ESI Contributions.
- Workings related to exchange fluctuation on Foreign Currency debtors/creditors and Loans.
- Compilation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly balance sheets, un-audited quarterly results with annexure and schedules.
- Drafting Overhead charts and summarized final statements on quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly basis.
- Income Tax Act and Rules at plant level including TDS, TCS deductions and its reconciliations.
- Any other task assigned from time to time.
