Preparing various types of HR & Admin related correspondence.
- Drafting and issuing Show Cause, Warning letters, circulars & notices.
- HR Documentation:
- Maintaining personnel records Attendance, Leave, Salary expenses, Appointment letter, Monthly HR report, Offer letter, salary revision, Emp. Information, KYC details etc.
- Respond to employees’ queries.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Initiate Disciplinary action comprising out of leave/LWP/ Absent to compliance team.
- Preparation of various MIS Report, Filling & documentation work.
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures.
- Scheduling management meetings with employees, Follow-up with HODs for conducting the internal meeting.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To assign medical checkup to all new joiners & arrange annual medial check for all the existing employees.
- Any other task as required & instruct by HOD.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
