**Job Summary**:As a Concept Retail Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing creative retail spaces for our clients. You will work closely with our team of designers, project managers, and clients to create unique and engaging retail experiences. Your main objective will be to translate our clients' visions into well-designed and functional retail spaces that meet their specific needs and requirements.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Work collaboratively with clients, project managers, and designers to develop retail concepts and design strategies

2. Create 2D and 3D conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, and renderings using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or other related software

3. Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications that adhere to industry standards and local building codes

4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

5. Participate in site visits and attend construction meetings to ensure project progress and quality control

6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and project teams throughout the design and construction process

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail design and architecture

8. Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and recommendations

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail design or architecture, with a focus on concept development and design
- Proficient in 2D and 3D design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or other related software
- Knowledgeable in local building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio showcasing previous retail design projects and concept development is preferred

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
