**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Winntus Formworks' products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Monitor and report on marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of formwork and scaffolding products is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and other marketing events.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
