Login to EM and Telephony Platforms
- as per the allocated shifts
Handle inbound emergency alerts
Handle inbound emergency alerts
- doctor consultation
Handle inbound emergency alerts
- Ambulance dispatch and customer experience and expectation management
Handle inbound emergency alerts
- Hospital identification/recommendation and admission assistance
Handle inbound emergency alerts
- automated responses to the POC and emergency contacts
Handling Ambulance Vendors
Customer calls: Based on specific requirements call customers as per script
Telecalling to get customer feedback, endorsement & survey
Work mode : Hybrid(after 6 months)
