**Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students on Career prospects
- Data base calling and generating valid walks in’s
- Maintain accurate and complete students record
- Assist the center Manager with Industrial site visit, guest faculties, & in placements
- Need to engage in outreach efforts to create awareness about the courses
- Counsellor should provide support & guidance to enrolled students assisting with Registration, Orientation and addressing any concerns or challenges students may face during the training and they follow the rules & regulation of the center.

Qualifications &

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience total work: 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field (preferred).
- Technical: Proficiency in basic M.S Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional: Effective communication and persuasive skills both written and verbal in English and Local Language.
- Team Work: Problem solver, proactive and team-spirited with the ability to fulfil multiple demands in a timely manner.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
