**F2F Weekend drive In Pune & Bangalore**

**29 June 2024 - 9AM to 2PM & if anyone not available on weekend Drive will be arrange in weekday.**

**Skills**:**Front & Rear Bumper, Radiator Grill, Claddings, Wheel Arch Liners**

**Experience: 5 to 8 Years**
Product Design & Development Skills:
1. Should be excellent in Exteriors Product Design & Development (Front & Rear Bumper systems, Grill, Energy Absorber, Claddings, Wheel arch Liners, etc.)
2.Very Good Skills in Catia V5 - Surface, Solid Modeling & Drafting. Experience on PLM - Connect
3. Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis i.e. checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, ECE R26 Regulation Evaluation, creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts, Benchmarking Study and Analysis.
4. Should have experience in DFx ( Design for Mfg, assembly & Serviceability)
5. Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD & T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc. will be preferable
6. Understand CAE requirements and results for project requirements & implementation.
7. Knowledge of Color & Texture, Materials

**Project Co-ordination & Communication Skills**:
1. Should be responsible for Quality, Delivery Time lines for responsible system.
2. Maintain project status & documentation to present in Customer Meetings.
3. Should be able to give advance inputs to Internal teams & Customer to resolve the issues.
4. Resolve ambiguity through Technical and Strong communication skills with customer.
5. Strong communication, Presentation & Documentation skills

**Experience: 8 to 15 Years**
**Job Description**:
1. Should be excellent in Exteriors Product Design & Development (Front & Rear Bumper systems, Grill, Energy Absorber, Claddings etc.)
2. Knowledge & Experience in Benchmarking of exterior systems
3. Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis i.e. checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, ECE R26 Regulation Evaluation, creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts.
4. Work on concept feasibility and prepare concept proposals. Conduct Packaging Study.
5. Should have experience in DFx ( Design for Mfg, assembly & Serviceability)

7. Understand CAE requirements and results for project requirements & implementation
8. Review, Check the project 3D & 2D Data, Give Feedbacks to team members on day today basis.

1. Should be able to handle Team of 3-5 Members. Strong Project Management Skills.
2. Experience as Single Point of Contact for Customer & Internal Teams.
3. Project Plan preparation, Issue Resolution Skills., Maintain project status.
4. Should be responsible for Quality, Delivery Time lines for responsible system.
5. Should be able to give advance inputs to Internal teams & Customer.
6. Resolve ambiguity through Technical and Strong communication skills with customer & Internal teams.
