The **Jr. Vessel Performance Analyst** for the Oceanix department will play a vital role in supporting the Vessel Performance & Analytics team to deliver performance monitoring and optimization projects to our esteemed clients. The primary responsibility will be to provide analytical fact-based decision support, enabling clients to make informed choices regarding vessel performance. This also involves collaboration with programmers, developers, and customers to develop and deploy advanced systems for monitoring and optimizing vessel performance. Additionally, Jr. Vessel Performance Analyst will also contribute to the development and maintenance of the in-house analysis method, enhancing our ability to efficiently deliver services and insights to our customers.
**What are we looking for?**
Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. CGPA of 7.5 and above.
0-3 years of relevant working experience in the maritime industry, vessel performance optimization, data analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills to conduct technical investigations, interpret data, trends, and market insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Familiarity with vessel-specific terminology and a basic understanding of SQL queries will be advantageous.
Working knowledge of Python, R, or other data analysis languages is a plus.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to adapt to new technologies, market trends, and evolving industry practices. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required, and knowledge of additional languages may be beneficial for global collaboration.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
