**Job Description**:
Clinical Responsibilities:

- 1.Support the management and direction of students and learning resources as

assigned by the Head of School.

2. Develop and deliver resources and teaching materials to meet

programme/course frameworks and learning outcomes on a range of

programmes.

3. Develop and monitor assessments to measure students’ performance and

understanding.

4. Supervise the work of taught undergraduate/higher/postgraduate apprentices

as required.

5. Set, mark and assess students’ work, ensuring learning outcomes have been

met and feedback is both detailed and constructive.

6. Undertake research and/or other agreed scholarly activity in order to

contribute to the development of the field.

7. To build and develop links with sector employers and assess learners in the

working environment.

8. Write and publish results of innovative research in the field to further the

School/University’s standing in the HE sector and wider community.

9. Develop research objectives and proposals for individual/collaborative

research initiatives which meet funding criteria.

10. Use initiative, creativity and judgement in the development of appropriate

research methodologies to further scholarly/enterprise activity in the area.

11. Interact on a professional level with relevant internal and external

professional bodies to ensure currency of knowledge, relevancy and

accreditations.

12. Participate in the development of internal and external partnerships to

disseminate information, share best practice, establish opportunities for

collaborative work and enhance the reputation of the School/University.

13. Design, review and adapt module content in response to student feedback

and need.

14. Teach on academic programmes in Dental Sciences.

15. Engage with quality assurance processes/procedures to ensure that

School/University standards are met.

A) People Management

1. Manages available resources to the optimum level.

2. Ensures no wastage / minimum usage of stationeries by adapting to

latest technologies.

3. Orders only required instruments and materials.

C) General

1. Presents herself / himself in a pleasing manner in terms of personal

grooming & hygiene, with adherence to requisite standards.

2. Courteous, tactful and considerate in all dealings with internal /

external customers

3. Good Team Player. Contributes to a harmonious working relationship

in the department / across departments.

4. Trustworthy, reliable and maintains high level of integrity.

5. Punctual and regular to work. Takes leaves with prior approval.

6. Able to prioritize work and completes assigned task on time.

7. Takes additional responsibility in the departmental work. Helps

colleagues as and when required.

8. Maintains all records / documents related to work up to date.

9. Does not indulge / encourages gossips, projects positive image of the

organization and colleagues

10. Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

D) Management & Supervision

1. Review all works done by fellow departmental colleagues.

2. Develop, improve and use protocols to ensure the consistency and

quality of work and to properly document work.

3. Be part of the Management’s decisions with regard to patient safety

related activities.

4. Follow all Hospital related policies and procedures

E) Education and Research

1. Participate in all mandatory training program me of the hospital.

2. Participate in any research programme taken up by the hospital for

better patient care.

3. Participate in the hospital accreditation process.

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
