Job Description: Maintenance Lift Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Lift Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of elevators and lifts in our facility. As the Maintenance Lift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all lift systems within our premises. Your role will involve coordinating maintenance schedules, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive maintenance measures to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.

Maintenance Coordination: Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all lift systems, including regular inspections, servicing, and repairs.

Troubleshooting: Investigate and diagnose lift-related issues, malfunctions, and breakdowns promptly, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Preventive Maintenance: Implement a preventive maintenance program to proactively address potential lift system problems and extend the lifespan of equipment.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies to create a safe working environment for employees and building occupants.

Spare Parts Inventory: Manage inventory of lift spare parts and ensure availability for quick repairs or replacements when needed.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections, including logs of repairs and replacement parts used.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs as required, ensuring their work meets quality standards.

Budget Oversight: Assist in developing the maintenance budget, and monitor expenses to stay within budgetary constraints.

Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to maintenance staff on lift system operations, safety procedures, and best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Emergency Response: Be available for on-call duties to respond to lift emergencies and coordinate immediate repairs or safety measures.

**Requirements**:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A relevant technical or engineering degree would be an advantage.

Experience: Proven experience in lift maintenance and repair, with at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of lift systems, their components, and operational principles. Familiarity with lift codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with other departments.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex lift issues and develop effective solutions.

Organizational Skills: Effective at coordinating maintenance schedules, managing resources, and maintaining detailed records.

Safety Consciousness: Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and promoting safety practices among the team.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and vendors to achieve maintenance goals.

**Salary**: ₹16,373.56 - ₹32,911.09 per month
