**Job Title: IPQA Chemist**
**Location: Baddi,Jammu,Bhiwadi**

**Responsibilities**:

- **In-Process Monitoring**: Conduct routine inspections and monitoring of various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements.
- **Sampling and Testing**: Collect samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products for analysis. Perform analytical testing using appropriate techniques such as HPLC, GC, dissolution testing, spectroscopy, and wet chemistry methods.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all in-process inspections, sampling activities, and test results in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Complete batch records and other documentation as required.
- **Non-Conformance Management**: Identify and investigate deviations, out-of-specification results, and other quality issues. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as necessary to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
- **Quality Review**: Review manufacturing batch records, analytical data, and other documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
- **Training and Compliance**: Stay current with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality assurance. Provide training to manufacturing personnel on quality-related topics as needed.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments such as Production, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, and Engineering to address quality-related issues, implement process improvements, and support product development activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
