- **Proficient in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM systems.**:

- **Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.**:

- **Detail-oriented with strong research skills.**:

- **Previous experience in a recruitment agency or IT-related field is essential.**
