As an Accounting Intern, you will be provided with a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of accounting practices and procedures within a real-world business setting. Working under the guidance of experienced accounting professionals, you will assist with financial tasks and contribute to the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. This internship aims to help you develop essential skills and knowledge in the accounting field while supporting the company's financial objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the entry of financial transactions into the accounting system, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and journal entries. Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of financial records.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and other accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in preparing various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Support the analysis of financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering and organizing financial data, preparing reports, and participating in budget meetings.
- Aid in the preparation for internal and external audits by organizing financial documents, verifying data accuracy, and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant accounting principles, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Interact with vendors and clients to address accounting-related inquiries, facilitate payments, and maintain positive relationships.
- Support the accounting team in conducting financial analysis projects, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and documentation, both physically and electronically.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the accounting manager or supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.

**Timing: 9:30am to 5:30pm**

**Working days: 5 days working (every Sat-Sun off)**

**Stipend - Rs.5000**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 per month
