- Preparation of transfer value,material cost,opex analysis,HR cost and PBT calculation and timely submission of EMO dashboard
- Preparation of budget for EMO & Quarterly review of yield of all LL sites
- To manage concurrence activity of EMO, corporate common department (MS & T, Corporate MFG HR, Slim, MFG Finance, CTO & HTO Office)
- To manage year end carry forward activity (PR/PO/FRN) of EMO & Corporates common Dept.
- Preparing power data working for MFG & API sites along with power saving working
- Commerical verification of own manufacturing and LL Locations
- Consolidation of SFG inventory verification report as well as Open process order for all formulation manufacturing plant monthly & Provision for Non moving SFG inventory/Open process order quarter basis and submit to Corporate accounts team
- Preparation of expense provision for Moraiya,PTC, New PTC, EMO and Topical and passing necessary entries in SAP and submit to Corporate accounts team/statutory auditor
- To Consolidate details of all manufacturing sites for physical verification of RM/PM/FG inventory done by our site finance monthly & submit to statutory auditors
- Generation of Slim ideas and submission of monthly Slim saving for MFG finance team
- Validation of SLIM Ideas, providing monthly accruals for Moraiya plant & MFG Finance.
- SAP T-codes restriction activity as provided by Management audit, new reports development in BIBO as per requirement of HOD's
- Co-ordination with COE team & site finance for smooth functioning of invoice processing and timely payment as per due date
- Preparation of Inter company CCPC charges and posting debit note in SAP
- Other Misc.acitivity as provided by HOD's like Capex sign.off, GST loss approval etc.
