We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Listen attentively to customers' concerns, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments or specialists for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM software.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily and provide feedback or updates as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements or enhancements to streamline customer support operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols, while handling customer information and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, communications, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcomed.
- Should be in the age criteria of (18-28 years).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically to resolve customer issues.
- Empathy and patience when interacting with customers, with a focus on providing a positive and personalized experience.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, helpdesk systems, and other customer support tools and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to support customer needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
