- NA**ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE**
- Diksha and Chillar Bank are financial literacy programs which have been designed to give low-income families across India the knowledge and tools they need to save safely, reduce financial risk, and make informed, intelligent financial decisions. Preraka are key resources who help in executing this program by providing training to the customers.- Accomplishing the set Targets for Enrolment, Certification and Savings accounts for the Customers by educating them about various financial products.- Facilitate the access of necessary financial tools for the customers to help in financial planning Support the Branch Teams with necessary coordination with the customers.- Maintaining and updating registers and MISs on time**SIZE OF THE ROLE**
- FINANCIAL SIZE
- NON-FINANCIAL SIZE- 2,00,000 Budget to Manage Annually- 3000+ Customers to train annually**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**
**Business**- Educating and training the customers on various financial products and tools- Converting the interested customers for various financial products of Ujjivan- Facilitate the access of necessary financial tools for the customers to help in financial planning.- Support the Branch Teams with necessary coordination with the customers.
**Customer**- Impart trainings on the financial literacy programs to the customers to help them with better financial planning.- Record and furnish the feedback from the customer to the Supervisors.- Maintain good work relationship Ujjivan Branch Team and its Supervisors for smooth functioning of the FLP activities at allotted branches.
**Internal Process**- Imparting training to beneficiaries- Training branches on our programs when required.- Maintenance of Registers and updating of MIS in time- Regular maintenance of accurate MIS and good reporting systems.
**Learning and Performance**- Attending training as and when nominated for**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**

- Functional Skills- Basic Computer knowledge- Basic report writing skills.- Excellent Communication skills- Ability to train the beneficiaries who are uneducated or lacks basic education.- Ability in Local language & Basic English- Interest for actively engaging with communities.- This job entails 100% travelling to field.
