**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation: Install and set up television systems for residential or commercial clients, including mounting TVs, configuring cables, and connecting peripheral devices such as DVD players, gaming consoles, and sound systems.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on televisions and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This may involve cleaning, adjusting settings, and updating software as needed.
- Repair: Diagnose and repair issues with televisions and associated devices, including problems with picture quality, sound, connectivity, and functionality. Replace faulty components, such as circuit boards, power supplies, and screens, and test repaired equipment to verify proper operation.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported problems with TV systems, using a systematic approach to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Provide guidance and support to customers on resolving common issues, such as remote control programming and signal interference.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with TV installation and repair services. Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide instructions, explanations, and updates throughout the service process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, including details of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Complete service reports and other administrative tasks in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with electrical equipment and climbing ladders for installation or maintenance tasks. Use personal protective equipment as required and follow industry best practices to prevent accidents and injuries on the job.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in TV installation, maintenance, and repair, with knowledge of different types of television technologies and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for TV installation and repair, including electrical codes and safety requirements.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required for travel to customer locations.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to lift and maneuver heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
