JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Post and process journal entries, to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Preparation purchase bill, sales bill, credit note, debit note, e-way bill, delivery challan, etc.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure all bank transactions are recorded and accounted for accurately.
- GST compliance
- Proper Documentation of bills, reports and other important papers.

**Skills**:

- Good Communication Skills
- Proficient in MS Suit
- Must have knowledge of Accounting entries, GST and TDS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
